Are you an “Oh, the weather outside is frightful” kind of person, or a “Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow” type of individual? I enjoy looking at the snow through the window while drinking a cup of coffee and reading a good book. I love watching my dogs romp and stomp through the snow with wild abandon. I have no desire to go outside into the freezing cold and build a snowman.

Last year, whenever snow storms were predicted, I would run to the library or the book store to stock up on books. One of the joys of e-books is not worrying about running out of things to read. As long as the power stays on, I’m good. Of course, I have paper books on my TBR pile and old favorites I can re-read.

Until the snow stops and the world starts again, these are my plans.

1. Read.

2. Write

3. Read

4. Experiment with the mini-pie maker and the mini-cup cake maker I received for Christmas.

5. Read

6. Bond with my husband and my dogs.

5. Relax and Read

What are your plans for waiting out the snow storm?
