Burning Bright, the final book in the Going Down In Flames series comes out June 4th. I am super-excited. I am also slightly terrified.  Even though this is my ninth book, which is hard to believe, I still do the happy author freak-out dance which looks something like this.

Once the book is released into the world, I will obsessively check for sales numbers, which will look something like this.

After a few books have sold I will start hunting for reviews. Some authors say they just look at the star rankings but I read the reviews which can be a wonderful experience, or it can send me running for comfort food which looks something like this.
